NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005352-XXXX-ES J1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Angela M. Echevarry a/k/a Angela Maria Echeverry; Juan Carlos Cardona; Lexington Oaks of Pasco County Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant#1; Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 15, LEXINGTON OAKS, VILLAGE 13, UNIT A AND B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 80 THROUGH 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
