NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003037-WS J-3 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-15 is the Plaintiff and Patrick J. Tamse aka Patrick Tamse; Unknown Spouse of Patrick J. Tamse aka Patrick Tamse; Christina Marie Tamse; Clerk of the Court, Pasco County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, ORANGEWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
