Final Judgment was awarded on February 17, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-001390-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and, LINDA P. THOMAS; KEVIN A. THOMAS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
