NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000634 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1, is Plaintiff, and DEBRA A. KORES, Jeffery M. Kores, James H. Marlow, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 132, GOLDEN ACRES UNIT 12, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, page 96-100 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
