NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-014314, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM B. WHITE; BRITTANY A. BLANCO; SK INVESTMENT GROUP LLC A/K/A SK INVESTMENT GROUP, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK “E”, OF THE CORRECTED PLAT OF BLOCKS A, B, D, E & TRACT “A” OF BLOCK “C”, LAKE KEEN SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH 00 DEGREES 17MINUTES EAST, 93.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 43 MINUTES EAST, 100.01 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 17 MINUTES WEST, 93.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 43 MINUTES WEST, ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF HAMILTON AVENUE AND THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 10, BLOCK “E”, 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
