NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001550, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CWMBS, INC., REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-R1, is Plaintiff and OSVALDO J. RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSVALDO J. RODRIGUEZ; VENUS C. RODRIGUEZ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; GOLDMAN SACHS MORTGAGE COMPANY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 14, TOWN'N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO.4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
