NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016671, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and TAMMY JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMMY JOHNSON; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 15, GREENRIDGE ESTATES, UNIT #1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
