NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-008417, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and JOHN MCHALE; THOMAS MCHALE; THE VILLAS OF WESTSHORE PALMS, INC.; AVCO FINANCIAL SERVICES OF HOLLYWOOD FLA, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, VILLAS OF WESTSHORE PALMS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
