NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and BRIAN GENTRY; HOLLEY GENTRY; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAVED GOHAR N/K/A RAHEEDA GOHAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD C. YELOUSHAN N/K/A JACQUELINE YELOUSHAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDINSON NARVAEZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK A, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 21, UNIT 2 PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
