NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-012823 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA VAZQUEZ A/K/A ALBA PATRICIA DUARTE A/K/A PATRICIA DUARTE A/K/A PATRICIA A. VAZQUEZ; JUAN E. VAZQUEZ A/K/A JUAN ESTEBAN VAZQUEZ A/K/A JUAN VAZQUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A REBECCA HERNANDEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/05/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
