NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-005526 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, N. A. is the Plaintiff and MITCHELL JOHNSTON; VALERIE A STARKS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS STARKS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/28/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
