NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011CA006062 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SASCO 2007-MLNI TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and, JORGE GONZALEZ, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 13, BLOCK F, TAMPA`S NORTHSIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT 3, FORREST HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31 AT PAGE 98 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
