NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2014 entered in Case No. 12-CA-012984 DIV. G of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and David Cardwell; Annita B. Cardwell a/k/a Annita Cardwell; Belle Meade Homeowners' Association of Hillsborough County, Inc.; United States of America; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 17th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2, BELLE MEADE, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF TRACTS 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, AND 15, OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
