NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-006713 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which IFREEDOM DIRECT CORP., is the Plaintiff and Andover Homeowners' Association, Inc., Ruben Martinez, Springleaf Financial Services of America, Inc. f/k/a American General Finance of America, Inc.,Tenant # 1 also known as melanie suarez, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
