NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008036 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and MAURICE G. BRANDON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot Thirty (30) of Kenlake Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 46 Page 50 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

A tract of land lying in the East 1/2 of Government Lot 6, in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 30 of KENLAKE SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Official Records Book 46 page 50, of the Public Records of Hillsborough, County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning.
Thence on an arc to the left in a Northeasterly direction a distance of 85.76 feet, with a radius of 204.05 feet, subtended by a chord of 85.13 feet; chord bearing North 78 Degrees 50 Minutes 59 Seconds East to a point on curve; thence South 43 Degrees 17 Minutes 36 Seconds East a distance of 75.98 feet; thence South 31 Degrees 58 Minutes 04 Seconds East a distance of 42.08feet; thence South 25 Degrees 36 Minutes 15 Seconds East a distance of 71.18 feet; thence South 64 Degrees 23 Minutes 45 Seconds West a distance of 52.35 feet; thence North 66 Degrees 46 Minutes 25 Seconds West a distance of 155.62 feet to the Southeast corner of stated Lot 30 of KENLAKE SUBDIVISION; thence North 0 degrees 53 minutes 25 seconds East, along the East boundary of stated Lot 30 a distance of 100.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
