RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001962 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and HARRIET G. NAGY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lots 23 and 24, NORTH END TERRACE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
