NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013126 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Inc, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-6, is the Plaintiff and GTE Federal Credit Union, James L. Joiner also known as James Joiner, SOUTH BAY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AKA SOUTH BAY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Susan W. Joiner also known as Susan Joiner, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
