NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008940 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust Company not in its individual capacity but solely as Successor Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Joung Moon Sow, Kyung Soon Sow also known as Kyung S. Sow, Whisper Lake Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
