NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-012176 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and KEENA N. SAMPLES A/K/A KENNA N. SAMPLES, LYDELL SAMPLES, BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR BANN-COR MORTGAGE, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 8, Brentwood Hills Tract A., Unit 2, Phase 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough, County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
