NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-006722, DIVISION: M, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff, and CARLO H. NIGUIDULA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLO H. NIGUIDULA IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HARBOURSIDE AT HARBOUR ISLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, HARBOURSIDE AT HARBOUR ISLAND PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
