NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-007109 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARIKA BUTTS; HAROLD BUTTS; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
