NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001577, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DWIGHT SMITH; DEER CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; ASHIA RUDD A/K/A ASHIA DUPREY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DIAMOND ARMSTRONG, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, DEER CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
