NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008204, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and YOSVANI SUAREZ; AMSCOT CORPORATION; CHASE BANK, USA, N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 221.97 FEET OF THE WEST 404.45 FEET OF THE SOUTH 435.66 FEET OF THE NORTH 765.66 FEET OF THE WEST 611 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 LESS THE WEST 10 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR DUPREE ROAD.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
