NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001066 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Florida Energy & Air Services, German Franco Jr., The Unknown Spouse of German Franco Jr. n/k/a Luz Franco, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
