THE NORTH 50 FEET OF THE EAST 118 FEET OF THE SOUTH 182 FEET OF LOT 9, AND THE SOUTH 67 FEET OF THE EAST 118 FEET OF THE NORTH 134 FEET OF THE SOUTH 316 FEET OF LOT 9, IN THE RIVIERA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 45, SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
