BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and ARIONA ATTEO N/K/A ARIONA TALIA; DANIEL TALIA; JOHN DOE N/K/A MICHAEL ATTEO; MARY DOE N/K/A MORENE ATTEO; CROSS CREEK II MASTER ASSOC., INC.; CROSS CREEK PARCEL K HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, BLOCK 9, CROSS CREEK PARCEL K PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
