NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on 25th day of March, 2014, and entered in CASE NO.: 2009-CA-002805, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-2 is the Plaintiff and LEE ANN HOLLAND is the Defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 15 AND 16, BLOCK 16, CASA LOMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
