NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014 entered in Case No. 12-CA-005431 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Bethany B. A'Brunzo a/k/a Bethany Brooke Benjamin; Unknown Spouse of Bethany B. A'Brunzo a/k/a Bethany Brooke Benjamin; William Edward A'Brunzo; Jerald R. Lundwall; Jane Lundwall; MidFlorida Credit Union Successor by merger to Bay Gulf Credit Union; Huntington by the Village Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 21st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A DISTANCE OF 73.17 FEET; THENCE N29°37'52”W. A DISTANCE OF 43.59 FEET TO A POINT ON CURVE; THENCE ON AN ARC TO THE LEFT WITH A RADIUS OF 50.0 FEET A DISTANCE OF 26.50 FEET, CHORD DISTANCE OF 26.19 FEET, CHORD BEARING N45°11 '04”E. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
