NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-015831 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, JAMES L STEELE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES L. STEELE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 21 AND THE EAST 51 FEET OF LOT 22, BLOCK 12, APOLLO BEACH, UNIT ONE, PART ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
