NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 07-0807-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company is Plaintiff, and Ronnie Marzertta is Defendant.
Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, HAVEN PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights thererin.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
