Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2013, in Case No. 06-00808-CI-15, consolidated with Case No. 09-21631-CI-015,of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF CSFB ABS TRUST SERIES HEAT 2002-3 is plaintiff, and BEVERLY J. MEFFERT; MARY ANNE REMY; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantee, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under or against DONALD SCHANTZ, deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantee, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under or against RENEE SCHANTZ, deceased; DIONN LANTON, JUSTIN BYRNES, a minor, and ALEXIS SCHANTZ, a minor, if living, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim in interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants, claiming by, through, under or against the said DIONN LANTON, JUSTIN BYRNES, a minor, or ALEXIS SCHANTZ, a minor; and Unknown Tenant(s) n/k/a Matthew Solomon are defendants, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
LOT 37, RE-PLAT OF WILLOW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 98 THROUGH 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1906 Barrington Drive West, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
The sale will be held on April 28, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
