CAMELOT, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5574, at Page 1933, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, until 12:00 Noon on the first Saturday in the year 2021, at which date said estate shall terminate, together with a remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenants in common with the others owners of all of the unit weeks in the above-described condominium Parcel in the percentage interest determined and established by Exhibit Number 6 to the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium.
AND you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to the Complaint, upon AMANDA L. CHAPMAN, ESQ., 201 E. Pine Street, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, attorneys for Plaintiff, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
