whose residence is unknown if they be living; and if they be dead and the unknown defendants who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under, or against the Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described herein.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title on the following real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
That part of Lot 15, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning 30.00 feet South and 171.72 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 15 and run thence East, 30.00 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 15 a distance of 150.00 feet; run thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 282.53 feet; run thence due West a distance of 149.99 feet; and run thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 284.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NATALIA OUELLETTE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Law Office Grant D. Whitworth 3001 N. Rocky Point Dr., #200, Tampa, Fl., 33607, on or before 4/25/2014, 2014 (no later than 28 days from the date of the first publication of this notice of action) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
