NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-009368-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A BERMAN; DONNA B BERMAN; RUTH BYRD; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; CORDOVA GREENS V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BARBARA JOHNSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MORRIS JOHNSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/11/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
