NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 14, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 402, LAKE FOREST, a Condominium, according that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 6000, at Page 1082 et seq., and any amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the undivided percentage ownership of common elements and common surplus appurtenant thereto
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
