NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, docketed January 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-003922-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of February 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-fr1 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, series 2006-FR1, is Plaintiff and Helen W. Hough, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. and Karen Fallens, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 124 feet of the North 429 feet of South 924 feet of West 175 feet of East 505 feet of Government Lot 3 in Section 13, Township 30 South Range 14 East, Pinellas County, FL.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
