NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522013CA005925XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., is Plaintiff and Karen Herrell a/k/a Karen V. Herrell, Mary V. Holley, Bradford Mueller, Nick V. Capitano, and Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Don Naya, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 3, Southern Comfort Homes, Unit 1-A, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 63, Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 9070 Southern Comfort Drive, Largo, Florida 33773-4730
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
