YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 59, Countryside Trace 6 Replat, According to the Map of Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles A. Carlson, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long & McBride, 601 Bayshore Boulevard, Suite 700, Tampa, FL 33606, on or before April 25, 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
