Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 3, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 51 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. 2 AS RECORDED IN O.R. 2926, PAGES 668 THROUGH 726, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 25 AND 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10002 DAFFODIL ST N, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
