NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012655 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-WL1 is Plaintiff and MILICA VUJACIC A/K/A VUJACIC MILICA, PERO VUJACIC A/K/A VUJACIC PERO, JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1327D, CONDOMINIUM OF JAMESTOWN, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4847, Pages 1 through 63, inclusive, as amended from time to time, and as per plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 115 through 123, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
