whose residence is unknown if he/she/they be living; and if he/she/they be dead, the unknown defendants who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the mortgage being foreclosed herein.

That certain parcel consisting of UNIT 127-C, as shown on Condominium plat of WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VIII, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 26, Pages 98 through 102, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed JANUARY 3, 1978 in O.R. Book 4641, Pages 917 through 971, as amended in O.R. Book 4642, page 299, in O.R. Book 4649, Page 1892 in O.R. Book 4714, Page 1426 in O.R. Book 4726, Page 316 in O.R. Book 4787, Page 296 in O.R. Book 5065, Page 150 in O.R. Book 5222, Page 820 in O.R. Book 5686, Page 221 and in 6214, Page 667, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 4/28/2014/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
