YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. 39, Building No. J, of VILLAS ON POINT BRITTANY, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5124, Pages 779 through 854, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
