THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 302, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 207, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 63-64, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3675, PAGE 217, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Andrew L. Denzer, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 4/28/2014, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Pinellas) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
