NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-003805-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and John Cleckner, Tenant #1 N/K/A Raymond Way, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ, Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Homeequity Loan Trust Series 2007-D, The Unknown Spouse of John Cleckner also known as Joana Cleckner, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of April 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
