NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014 and entered in case 2011-CA-2053-CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Justin Nymark is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on the 25th of JUNE, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 8 and the North 0.25 feet of Lot 9, Block 9 of BAY RIDGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page(s) 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 9065 108th Street North, Seminole, Florida 33772.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
