RITCHIE N/K/A WOULD NOT PROVIDE SPOUSE'S NAME N/K/A JUDITH RITCHIE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/02/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
