UNIT 203, “THE CHAMBRE”, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 65 THROUGH 69, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6732, PAGE 1595, ET SEQ., ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 13336 GULF BLVD A, MADEIRA BEACH, FL 33708; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
