NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in 09-018255-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2005-CB1, is the Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR MILLENIA FUNDING CORPORATION; DERICK L. HAISCHER; MLS REALTY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 16, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK B, GARDEN CITY, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
