NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-008320 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders, CWABS Inc, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-13, Plaintiff and Marlene Garcia f/k/a Marlene Alvarez, Individually and as Guardian of Joaquin Carlos Alvarez, a Minor and Joaquin Carlos Alvarez, a Minor are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19 AND NORTH 6 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK E, TROPIC HILLS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO THAT PART OF TRACT “A”, TROPIC HILLS UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH LIES EAST OF SAID LOT 19 AND NORTH 6 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK E, TROPIC HILLS, UNIT 2, AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH BOUNDARIES OF SAID TRACT OF LAND EXTENDED EASTWARDLY TO INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID TRACT “A”.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
