NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009686 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan trust 2005-9, Plaintiff and KLC & Consultants, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1C, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COVE CAY VILLAGE III, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 44 THROUGH 52, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 106 AT PAGES 85 THROUGH 92, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 76 THROUGH 83, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 21, 1989 IN 0.R. BOOK 7091, AT PAGE 2032, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 27, 1990 IN 0.R. BOOK 7388, PAGE716, AND BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 24, 1991 IN 0.R. BOOK 7551, AT PAGE 254, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
